Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Cohesive360 ("the Service"), a paid Model Context Protocol connector that exposes SmartAdvocate data to Anthropic's Claude assistant. By creating an account or activating a license key, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
Cohesive360 provides a license-gated client that runs on your computer. The client authenticates to your firm's SmartAdvocate tenant using credentials you supply, and exposes read and write operations as Claude tools. Cohesive360 does not store your SmartAdvocate passwords or case data on its servers. We do store your license key, device activations, and subscription metadata.
2. Subscription & billing
The Service is billed at $199 per seat per month via Stripe. First-time customers receive a 14-day free trial per SmartAdvocate username. You authorize recurring charges to your card on file until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal linked in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. License & seats
A seat corresponds to a single SmartAdvocate user. Your license is bound to your SmartAdvocate tenant on first successful activation and cannot be used against a different tenant. Re-activating from a new device automatically signs the user out on the prior device.
4. Acceptable use
You will not: attempt to circumvent the license enforcement; resell, sublicense, or redistribute the client; use the Service for any activity that violates SmartAdvocate's own terms, Anthropic's usage policies, or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach.
5. Your data
You retain all rights to your SmartAdvocate data. The client communicates directly between your machine and your SmartAdvocate tenant; case data does not transit Cohesive360's servers. Prompt content and responses are handled by Anthropic under its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Warranty & liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version here. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
